Steven Ainbinder

When I was growing up, I watched my father run a small company in Brooklyn. I didn’t put much thought, at the time, into the amount of work that went into everything he did. Once I was a little older, I started to notice more and more that he had a very demanding career. I decided then that I would bring that same dedication to my own career in the future.

After high school, I decided to go to college. I wasn’t entirely sure what direction to take with my education, but eventually my journey led me into the world of insurance claims. The work, I found, was challenging but unsatisfying. After all, my job responsibility was to help the insurance company keep money away from people who were entitled to it — and that didn’t sit well with me.

Determined to find a more ethically satisfying career path, I elected to go to law school and put my insurance knowledge to better use. Since then, I have made it my mission to help my clients get paid what they are entitled and deserve. Whether I am seeking insurance benefits due after submitting an insurance claim or compensation after being involved in an accident, it is my goal to help everyone I can. I love my job because not only do I get to work hard for a great cause; I also get to put smiles on my clients’ faces.

My legal track record reminds me that hard work really does make a difference. My clients’ thanks reaffirms that it makes a difference in all the right ways. I prepare cases with my clients concerns in mind.

Preparing Your Case with You in Mind

I enjoy my work — from meeting clients to researching current legal issues and preparing for trial. However, I recognize that legal proceedings can be unnerving from the clients’ perspective. That’s why, each time a client contacts me, I take a moment to put myself in their shoes. After all, if you’re coming to me for help, I know that in addition to being stressed, you might be injured, confused, or just plain frustrated at your situation. And I truly want to ease those burdens in any way I can.

And so, when you approach me with a case, I won’t just look at it from a legal standpoint. I will also take the time to answer your questions, get to know you as a person, and build a plan that accounts for your particular situation, needs and concerns. In addition, I will do everything I can to get your case resolved to your satisfaction in a timely manner. The way I see it, the sooner I can guide you to a pleasant resolution, the sooner I get to see a smile of relief on your face.

I have now been practicing law for almost 30 years, and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. If my knowledge and experience have taught me anything, it’s that I should always contribute to the causes I believe in. Not only that, but working hard for my clients gives me the chance to set a great example for my own children. I will fight with tenacity until the day I retire.
